Villa  for rent in Bali with a great location

Reservation policy :

• Prices are per night, for 6 persons maximum, including all taxes. For additional guests/children please feel free to contact us

• Minimum of 5 nights stay is required

• Check in time is 2.00 pm and check out time is 11.00 am

• Airport transport is available at an additional charge

• We don't serve breakfast, there are too many nice places for breakfast near the villa.

 

Cancellation Policy :

• The deposit is non-refundable. 

• For cancellation more than 6 weeks prior to check in:  balance payment is waived.

 

Payment, terms and conditions:

• To secure your booking we ask a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount within 14 days after confirmation.

• Payment can be made via wired banktransfer or via credit card. 

• After receiving the deposit, your booking is guaranteed and you will receive a confirmation of receipt.

• The balance amount of 50% has to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. 

• If the booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival the total rental amount needs to be paid immediately upon confirmation.

• Details of payment via wired bank transfer will be communicated upon confirmation.

 

LIability :

• The villa owner or the booking agent can not be held liable for damages to persons and or property during your stay in the villa and the transport from and to the villa. We advise you to take a travel insurance that covers cancellations. In the event of late payment we have the right to cancel your booking.

• By paying the deposit you accept the terms and conditions as described above.

 

 

Information guide :

In the villa you will find an information guide. This guide contains all important phone numbers (such as the number of the doctor, the driver, taxi's), practical information about the villa, suggestions for sightseeing tours, addresses of recommended restaurants, shops etc.
